Wide view of Outliers: a central LED column surrounded by oversized LED walls

We created the first immersive digital art exhibition in the history of Abu Dhabi Art, transforming the fair's large auditorium into an audiovisual environment.

We designed the space from scratch: a 360° installation of oversized LED walls around a central LED column, a dedicated installation room, and a talks room for the fair's programme. We curated seven works exploring blockchain and innovation, secured Six Senses Zighy Bay as presenting partner, and delivered the exhibition from concept to opening.

Abu Dhabi Finance Week commissioned us to curate two exhibitions exploring the blockchain as an artistic medium, designed to spark conversation about the technology among the event's delegates.

Infusing Art with a Cypherpunk Spirit traced the values behind cryptocurrency through cryptoart culture, while Leveraging the Blockchain as a New Medium showcased works that use the blockchain as a canvas, an input and a ledger. We designed the exhibition spaces, selected the artworks, oversaw installation and supervised both exhibitions throughout the event.

A private collector asked us to build return.art, an initiative that amplifies the story of Palestine through digital art, and to launch it with a major exhibition.

We delivered the project end to end: brand identity, website, curation, exhibition design and on-site operations. We commissioned a series of mini documentaries to anchor the exhibition, selected more than 40 works by over 20 artists from around the world, sourced the venue, designed the layout and installed everything on site, all within three to four months.

We curated the first cryptoart exhibition in the Middle East, timed to coincide with Art Dubai 2022. The exhibition brought together more than 40 artists regarded as pioneers of cryptoart and digital art NFTs, from the earliest Rare Pepes to contemporary works.

We designed the space, curated the artworks, oversaw fit-out and installation, and supervised the exhibition for its full run.
